Send diagnostics
Hold Option and click the Encore icon in your Mac's menu bar, then choose Copy Diagnostics. Paste it into your email. It contains both Macs' models and versions and what Encore did recently, nothing personal.
Lost your license key?
Write to us from the email address you paid with, and we'll send it again.
Uninstall
Hold Option, click the Encore icon and choose Uninstall Encore. It removes Encore from your Mac and from the connected iMac, including its sound driver.
